Parent meeting:

    November 21st- 6:00p

        - LHS & Zoom Option Available

Beginners: 0-2 Years experience

    - Focused on basic fundamentals

    - Having fun with the sport

    - Season will run November thru January
 

Advanced: 3+ Years experience

    -  Focused practices

    -  Developing leaders 

    -  Drilling technique

    -  Season will run December thru March

Official Practice November 28th

  * all wrestlers must be registered and paid

Practices at Lebanon High School Wrestling Room

     Tuesday & Thursday

5:30-6:15- Beginners

6:15-7:15- Advanced

​

If school is closed or let out early due to weather, practice will be closed . An email will be sent out as soon as possible
