Lebanon Tiger Wrestling Club

Tiger Cubs: Ages 4-6

    -  2-week camp-style program
    - 4 days each week
    -  Introduction to wrestling in a fun, encouraging environment     
    -  Focus on basic movements, skills and getting comfortable on            the mat  

   - Session will run October 26th - November 6th

Beginners: 0-2 Years experience (1st - 5th Grade)

    - Focused on basic fundamentals

    - Having fun with the sport

    - Session will run November 9th thru December 18th
 

Advanced: 3+ Years experience

    -  Focused practices

    -  Developing leaders 

    -  Drilling technique

    -  Session will run January 4th - March 13th

​      Tuesday & Thursday  5:30-6:30

​​If school is closed or let out early due to weather, practice will be closed . An email will be sent out as soon as possible
